Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of voidwear.studio and any orders placed through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are

This site is operated by Voidwear, registered in the Netherlands.

Using the site

You can browse and shop without an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under it. Don't use the site to do anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to us. Don't try to scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the site.

Orders and payment

Adding items to your cart and reaching checkout doesn't form a contract. Your order becomes binding only when we send a confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order at our discretion before that point, including for things like suspected fraud, payment issues, stock or production problems, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.

Prices and product details on the site can change at any time. We try to keep them accurate but errors happen. If a clear pricing or description error affects your order, we'll let you know and offer either the corrected price or a cancellation with refund.

Intellectual property

All content on voidwear.studio (logos, designs, text, photography, layout) is protected by copyright and other IP rights. Some artwork on the site is owned by Voidwear directly. Other artwork is created by independent artists and used under license. Either way, none of it is yours to reuse.

When you buy a Voidwear product, you're buying the physical product. You're not getting any rights to the artwork printed on it. Personal use (wearing it, washing it, photographing yourself in it) is obviously fine. Commercial use, reproduction, resale of the design, or any other exploitation of the artwork is not. If you want to license a design for something specific, get in touch.

If you're an artist and you believe your work is on this site without your authorization, please email with details and we'll investigate immediately.

User content

If you submit anything to us (reviews, photos, messages, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for things like marketing, social media, and product development. You're confirming the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order, product, or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, including shipping. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including lost profits, damaged property beyond the product itself, or emotional distress).

This does not limit any statutory rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law, including in cases of death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and privacy

These terms work together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please read those too.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version posted on the site at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU consumer law.
