Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. For customers in North America, we use regional fulfillment where available so your order ships locally and you avoid international customs charges where possible.

Processing time: Orders typically dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Netherlands & EU: 3–7 business days
  • UK: 5–10 business days
  • US & Canada: 4–8 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & duties: For deliveries outside the EU, you may be responsible for any local customs charges or import duties depending on your country. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Lost or damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Wrong address: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
