Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Change of mind (14-day return window)
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return it. Email with your order number and we'll send you instructions for sending the item back.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method, including the original shipping cost.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or material defect, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to send the original item back unless we ask you to.
Exchanges
We don't process exchanges directly, the easiest path is to return the original item under the policy above and place a new order for the size, color, or design you actually want. If you've ordered the wrong size and want to swap, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it painless.
How to start a return or report an issue
Email with:
- Your order number
- What's wrong (or that you've changed your mind)
- A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
